When Percy Talbott, a young woman with an uncertain past, becaomes a resident of tiny Gilead, Wisconsin, the town welcomes her with suspicion and distrust. Unexpectedly discovering the healing power of community while working at the Spitfire Grill, Percy reawakens the entire town's capacity for rebirth, forgiveness and hope.
